  • We offer the largest range of Light up letters, numbers in NQ! We have 2 sizes in our Classic Bulb range in A-Z 0-9 . 2 sizes in our white Neon 3D range in A-Z 0-9 and our mega black frame neon numbers 0-9. We have a wide range of the hottest backdrops in Mesh Walls. Shimmer Wall and Luxury Floral Walls. Neon Signs for any event. Cake stand and everything in between.

  • Yes! We are definitely able to chat about out of town events depending on location, however we do have a minimum spend due to travel and time. Contact us for more details and a personalised quote. 

  • Lux Letters must deliver, set up, pack up all 4ft BULB letter lights and numbers. We have a minimum spend of $150 - anything under this will require our DRY Hire option and will need to be picked up and dropped off. Surrounding towns of Townsville do have the option for pick up and drop off for our neon range.

  • Our Letter Lights can be set up indoors and outdoors and our bulbs are waterproof for light shower conditions. However our receivers that run our lights are NOT. If weather conditions look like possible rain then the set up must be undercover. If it starts to rain during your event the receivers need to be unplugged and taken undercover. Our preference iffor our Bulb lights NOT be set up outdoors due to their stability.

    This is a rule for all our hire to always remove from the wet conditions as we take pride in our high end inventory and always want our stock looking its best.

  • You can book as far ahead as you wish. Majority of events are planned in advance. We are happy with short notice hire pending on availability. 

  • Hiring light ups or neon signs all we require is Power! The rest is done for you. We will supply everything for our backdrop range including materials for attaching Neon Signs.

  • We prefer same day collection for day events. If the set up is inside or we have a full schedule then next day pick up can be arranged. For venue locations, we will usually collect next day. If you are wanting an extended hire period time, please contact us for a personalised quote. 2 day hire will have a charge of 50% of the hired items for the second day.

    If you are needing midnight collection an additional $50 fee will be added to your booking.

  • This refers to our LED bulbs and neon numbers, RGBW stands for Red, Green, Blue and White. With our Letter Lights having the extra White LED chip we can create a pure white tone, Which allows us to obtain a more real bright white light instead of a warm white/yellow. 

    We are proudly North Queensland’s only supplier for RGBW letter lights.

  • Yes, at least a 25% non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your booking. No payment may result in missing out on your hire.

  • No, we install/set up all our items for free. Pack up/bump out has an additional pack down fee if your hired items need to be collected on the same night. However majority of venues allow next day or next trade day collection. Please confirm this when booking and look onto our page about Delivery / Install/Pick up

  • Free delivery for all locations within 20km of us based at Greater Ascott Avenue

    20km+ will start from $55, please contact us for an accurate quote for your event.
